For residentual customers we have simple terms and conditions agreements.  For commercial we have a range of options from Statement of Work to Service Level Agreement to Master Service Agreement.

Warranty

We provide a results-based guarantee, indicating that compensation is directly linked to the outcomes achieved during our engagement. It is important to note that once our team departs, we cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent developments. We ask you to verify all results prior to our departure from the site. Additionally, please be informed that some exclusions may apply.
